Digital marketing techniques in advancing technology has become an integral part of library services. This has become more significant, especially now that people are in isolation due to the prevailing world health situation. Currently, some of the popular digital marketing techniques are in use. These include Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), a web-based tool that enables users to locate information on the world wide web, and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) which is also a form of internet marketing technique that involves the promotion of websites by enhancing their visibility in search engine results page primarily through paid advertising on Facebook, Webchat, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, and other optical disks and games. All these are the social media packages displayed by library professionals to their clients. Apart from creating awareness on this, This study aims at gaining the performance of digital marketing regarding social media usage in the environment.
