In recent times, everyone in Nigeria has been clamouring for entrepreneurship education and skill acquisition, especially for adolescents, in order to secure their future in a seemingly hopeless economic and leadership system. This paper discussed entrepreneurship education as a new learning strategy introduced in schools to assuage the problem of unemployment and hardship faced by students after tertiary education. Adolescents face a lot of anxiety about how and what to do to get an entrepreneurial education, and as a result, it affects their mental health status. Anxiety, which is one of the many psychological disorders associated with learning, if not well understood, can bring about a total breakdown in the adolescent's mental health. Therefore, the researchers highlight how anxiety can be well understood by highlighting its causes, types, risk factors, signs, and symptoms, as well as factors that can boost the mental health of adolescents towards entrepreneurship development. To this end, the researchers concluded that if left untreated, social anxiety disorder can control the lives of teens and, as such, could go a long way in interfering with their learning, work, school, relationships, enjoyment of life, and economic status. It was recommended that those in mental health professions, teachers, parents, and guardians should all brace up to help fight this hidden monster in the fabrics of society and save the teens from social anxiety disorder, and as such, increase their confidence in the quest to become successful members of society despite the odds.
