This study evaluated staff productivity as a function of psychological well-being (PWB) among service-oriented organizations for socio-economic transformation. The need to upgrade and design encompassing policies that will improve the psychological wellbeing of service-oriented organizations’ staff was discussed. Theories and principles were reviewed to help give a robust understanding of the impact of PWB on staff productivity. Policy guidelines were presented as well as recommendations on the practices that will enhance the PWB productivity of the staff of service-oriented organizations like schools, hospitals, hotels, etc.
